The Senior Communications Manager role focuses on the strategy, planning, coordination and evaluation of science communication to key external audiences, including partners, policy makers and forestry practitioners, working across a broad range of Forest Research programmes.

As HR advisor you will act as the first point of contact to our managers, providing HR advice and guidance to the business to improve people management capability and deal with casework.

In this role you will coordinate routine surveillance for species of interest and maintain Pest Free Areas, and support to the Entomology Advisory & Monitoring Manager to develop novel surveillance programmes as new species of interest arise.
