She is currently working on a range of social science research projects including climate change adaptation in woodland management, design of a tree establishment monitoring app, and behavioural analysis of potential consumer adoption of a biosecurity certification scheme.
Elizabeth has a background specialism in social sustainability and human rights and enjoys working at the intersections between ecological and social justice.

She also has an MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where her dissertation focused on the gendered policy discourse between human rights and climate change.
She has a First Class BA (Hons) in Anthropology (with year abroad) from Durham University, where her dissertation focused on the Indigenous land rights and ways of knowing of the Maya peoples of southern Belize.
