About Sundeep Kaur
Sundeep has research experience in the cell growth and division of bacteria, particularly Streptomyces, and obtained a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from the University of East Anglia.
What Sundeep does
Sundeep joined Alice Holt in 2019 to work on the BRIGIT project (a consortium established to enhance UK surveillance and response to Xylella fastidiosa) as a molecular biologist.
She is currently a Pathology Researcher in the Acute Oak Decline group working on the BAC-STOP project. She is part of a team investigating bacterial causes of tree stem bleeds on oak and non-oak trees.
