About Jacqui Brunt
Jacqui joined Forest Research in 2003 as a Research Support Officer in the Ecology division, working with dormice and grey squirrels, and electrofishing. In 2006 she joined the Chemical Analysis Laboratory. Prior to working at FR, Jacqui was a Field Assistant with Oxford University’s Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (WildCRU), conducting wildlife health monitoring surveys and bat surveys.
What Jacqui does
Environmental Analyst
Collection and preparation of water, soil, foliar and other samples for analysis within the Chemical Analysis Laboratory. Analysis of water pH, conductivity, colour, turbidity, suspended solids and alkalinity. Analysis of greenhouse gas samples by gas chromatography. Use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
