Home staff Felix Trotter

Felix’s research focuses on the spatial analysis of climate change impacts on forests and trees, ecosystem services, and the ecological connectivity between habitats across UK and European landscapes. He analyses and models spatial environmental datasets, such as land cover maps, habitat and climate data, with R and GIS applications. Thereby, he produces novel forest landscape ecology research and decision making tools, which help land owners and decision-makers to adapt and protect habitats to climate change.
