SilviLaser 2008: Registration and accommodation

 

Registration

The Conference is now 'Fully Booked'.

Early bird registration:

• Standard (before 15^th July 2008): £210
• Student (before 15^th August 2008): £145

Late registration:

• Standard (from 15^th July 2008): £245
• Student (from 15^th August 2008): £190

Registration fee includes:

• Admission to all sessions
• All printed materials
• Conference proceedings on CD
• Refreshments
• Icebreaker reception
• Conference dinner.

There are also a range of optional excursions available on September 20th at an additional cost.

Any student applying needs to have proof they are a student, e.g. an id card etc.

Please contact us if you wish a partner or spouse to attend the icebreaker reception and conference dinner.

Registration will only be accepted using a conference registration form (below - provided in PDF and Microsoft Word formats).

Accommodation

Accommodation will be available at Heriot-Watt University as part of their conference facilities. This must be booked separately and is not included within the registration.

Charges:

• Single £40.50 (bed and breakfast)
• Double  £58.00 (bed and breakfast) - only 20 doubles available.
