Surrey GU10 4LH The outside of the parcel should: - Be marked "PLANT MATERIAL - URGENT" and
- Have the sender's address and a daytime telephone number clearly visible.
On receipt by usAfter the samples have been received and entered into laboratory filing system a receipt will be sent out. The receipt will consist of a list of samples together with their laboratory reference code numbers - which then can be quoted in future correspondence. If there are errors in the list of samples on the receipt they should be queried immediately.
