Examples include:

  • Survey of the incidence of Phytophthora disease in riparian population of common alder (alnus glutinosa)
  • Study of shoot growth in woodland beech in southern England conducted in relation to possible air pollution effects
  • Survey of the effect of de-icing salt on roadside trees in London after the 1990/91 winter
  • Condition survey of non-woodland amenity trees.
