MID-WINTER TALES AT COOKWORTHY FOREST


Forest School Celtic Roundhouse - centre point of roof trusses
Take a break from the festive madness and join local storyteller Clare Viner at the Forestry Commission’s Cookworthy Forest for a relaxing evening of magical tales on Saturday 20 December.

Round the fire in the Celtic roundhouse, Clare will be delving into local folklore and digging up treasure from this ancient landscape for an evening set to put the sparkle into Christmas.

The event is suitable for children aged six and over. The cost is £6 per person, which includes mulled apple juice and a festive treat. Booking is essential – call 01392 834233.
