Jane Devlin, BSc
Intellectual Property Manager, Chief Executive's OfficeJane joined Forest Research in January 2008 as Intellectual Property Manager. She has considerable experience in financial and business management and in the commercialisation of intellectual property. She managed the BBC’s patent portfolio and negotiated new technology collaborations and licences for the BBC’s Research and Development Department from 1998 to 2006. More recently, she has worked at the University of Surrey. Jane has a degree in geology from Bristol University, qualifications in accountancy and business administration, and is currently undertaking a Masters in Environmental and Energy Studies (AEES) at the Centre for Alternative Technology.
