National Forest Land Scheme Application Form

 

There are two versions of the National Forest Land Scheme application form available: one in PDF format, for printing off and filling out, and one in Microsoft Word format, for completing electronically.  The checklist for completing the form is available in either format. 

Please note there is a separate application form for Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) who wish to apply to purchase surplus land.  It is only available as an MS Word document at present.

If you choose to fill out the form electronically, we also need you to send us a signed, printed copy so we have a record of your signature.

To complete a paper copy:

To fill out the form electronically:

If you use Word 97 or a later version, you can complete your application electronically and email it to us.  Select the Word version of the form below. We also need a signed, printed copy sent to us so that we have a record of your signature.
