Spending Review 2002: New Public Spending Plans 2003-2006

In July 2002 the Government published the outcome of the 2002 Spending Review. The Review sets out new plans for investment for 2003-04 to 2005-06 This Departmental Investment Strategy sets out the strategic context the department is working in, an analysis of its existing asset base, future investment plans and the systems the department will be adopting to deliver value for money.
