Full time £15,243 per annum, pay award pending, and benefits.You’ll fulfil a key administrative role in the Pensions Team within HR Services, liaising between our outsourced providers, Xafinity Paymaster, and FC staff and managers. Duties will include pensions administration; such as processing leavers’ pension awards, applications for the Civil Service Injury Benefit Award Scheme and requests for early payment of preserved awards; maintaining the Forestry Commission’s high standard of accuracy when updating pension records; and dealing with enquiries from staff throughout the organisation. This post requires a minimum of 5 Standard Grade/GCSEs (passes at Bands A to C or 1 to 3) or equivalent, two of which must be in Mathematics or Arithmetic and English or English Language and/or previous experience of working in a busy office environment in a customer-facing role. The successful candidate will also have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
