£20,242 – £25,909 pa plus benefits. One year Fixed Term post. Extension of the contract, conversion to permanency or transfer to another part of the civil service is possible although there is no guarantee.

You’ll have a background in formal education delivery and experience of using the outdoor  environment for education, along with a good knowledge of the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence.

At least two Higher passes (A to C) plus three Standard Grade passes (1 to 3), and/or equivalent, are required – one of which must be English. Ideally, you’ll have a relevant teaching qualification and/or Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification with good knowledge of Forest Schools. You’ll have good Microsoft Office skills or the ability to acquire them rapidly.

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Vetting.
