You’ll assist Area Land Agents in providing a land agency service to Forest Districts Managers in central and southern Scotland.

You’ll manage consultants and support staff, encourage communications between internal stakeholders, have responsibility for some estate management programmes and assist in the management of leases, agreements and permissions.

Ideally you’ll have a degree in estates management and be a member of RICS or be working towards this. Experience of rural estate management, MS Office and GIS would be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse complex property issues and offer professional solutions. A full driving license that enables you to drive in the UK is required.
