Sutton Manor
 

Sutton Manor is a young woodland with fantastic views across to the Pennines, Clywdian hills and even Snowdonia can be seen on a clear day. In addition to woodland Sutton Manor is home to wild flower meadows with great displays of Bea orchids. Overhead you may see an Owl hunting and look out for a fox or a rabbit as you walk the gravel paths to the summitt of the site at 82m up.

How to get there:

Sutton Manor and St Helens are the nearest towns or villages.

By road - Take B5419 Jubits Lane south from Sutton Manor and entrance beside Smithy Manor Pub.
Rail - Nearest station is Lea Green which is about a mile north of Sutton Manor.
Bus - The following busses pass the site 23, 24, 123, 124 and 125
